Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) gestionnaire national(e) de comptes expérimenté(e) et orienté(e) vers les résultats afin de développer et de gérer des partenariats stratégiques avec les principaux détaillants du marché canadien. Cette personne sera responsable de comptes nationaux clés, notamment Canadian Tire, Walmart Canada, Loblaw, Direct Value, Shoppers Drug Mart, ainsi que d’autres clients importants du commerce de détail et du commerce de masse.
La personne idéale possède une solide expérience en vente de produits de consommation, idéalement dans le secteur des articles ménagers, ainsi qu’une expertise en prévision des ventes, en planification de la demande et en gestion de comptes fondée sur l’analyse de données. Ce rôle requiert une professionnelle ou un professionnel de la vente hautement analytique et collaboratif, capable de générer une croissance rentable grâce à une planification stratégique, à une compréhension approfondie des besoins des clients et à une étroite collaboration avec les différentes équipes de l’organisation.

Principales responsabilités
- Gérer et développer les activités commerciales auprès des comptes nationaux sous sa responsabilité tout en identifiant de nouvelles occasions d’affaires et de développement de catégories.
- Déceler de façon proactive les occasions de croissance des revenus auprès de nos partenaires de vente au détail en magasin et omnicanaux.
- Élaborer des plans stratégiques alignés sur les objectifs globaux de l’entreprise et établir les priorités en fonction des cibles de croissance.
- Préparer et présenter des présentations de vente ainsi que des revues de catégories de façon professionnelle; communiquer clairement les caractéristiques et avantages des produits et influencer les décisions à l’aide d’analyses et de données probantes.
- Utiliser les données de point de vente (POS), les analyses de marché et les données financières internes afin d’optimiser les ventes, les parts de marché et la rentabilité.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de gestion de produits, marketing, planification de la demande et finances.
- Devenir la personne-ressource experte pour les comptes attribués, leurs processus et leurs plateformes. Comprendre les besoins, les stratégies et les objectifs des détaillants.
- Assurer l’atteinte des objectifs de revenus et de rentabilité pour les comptes sous sa responsabilité.
- Encadrer les représentants manufacturiers (lorsque applicable) et établir des indicateurs de performance (KPI) permettant d’évaluer le rendement des investissements.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de planification de la demande et des finances afin d’assurer l’exactitude des prévisions et une gestion optimale des inventaires.
- Analyser les données POS sur une base hebdomadaire afin de repérer les tendances et de mettre en œuvre des plans d’action appropriés.
- Gérer les dépenses liées aux programmes clients afin de maximiser le retour sur investissement et la rentabilité des comptes.
- Gérer l’assortiment de produits (SKU) auprès de plusieurs clients en magasin et omnicanaux.
- Effectuer le suivi des expéditions mensuelles en fonction du budget et des besoins des clients.
Qualifications et expérience requises
- Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle (baccalauréat) requis.
- Minimum de cinq (5) années d’expérience en vente dans le secteur des biens de consommation emballés (CPG).
- Expérience obligatoire auprès de grands détaillants à grande surface.
- Expérience démontrée dans le développement de relations d’affaires solides ayant contribué à la croissance des ventes et des parts de marché.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite.
- Grande autonomie, excellentes habiletés relationnelles et capacité à travailler efficacement de façon autonome et en équipe.
- Excellentes capacités d’analyse et solide sens des affaires.
- Aptitude à établir les priorités et à obtenir des résultats.
- Esprit entrepreneurial et capacité à évoluer dans un environnement agile nécessitant peu de supervision quotidienne.
- Souci du détail et capacité à gérer simultanément plusieurs projets et priorités concurrentes.
- Capacité à analyser des situations complexes, à résoudre des problèmes et à s’adapter rapidement à des priorités changeantes.
- Aptitude à établir et à maintenir d’excellentes relations professionnelles avec les clients et les différentes équipes de l’entreprise.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, notamment Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Teams.
- Disponibilité pour voyager au besoin; les déplacements avec nuitée représentent moins de 25 % du temps de travail.

National Account Manager (Canada)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Canadian National Account Manager to lead and grow strategic retail partnerships across the Canadian market. This role will manage key national accounts including Canadian Tire, Walmart Canada, Loblaw’s, Direct Value, Shoppers Drug Mart, and other select major and mass retail customers.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in consumer products' sales, preferably within the housewares category, along with expertise in forecasting, demand planning, and data-driven account management. This position requires a highly analytical and collaborative sales professional capable of driving profitable growth through strategic planning, customer insights, and cross-functional partnership.
Location: Hybrid or Remote
Job Responsibilities:
· Manage and grow existing business in select National accounts within area of responsibility as well as identifying new category and customer opportunities
· Proactively identify and drive revenue growth opportunities across our Bricks & Mortar and Omni Channel partners
· Develop a strategic plan, ensure alignment with broader organizational objectives, and prioritize opportunities in alignment with company growth goals
· Prepare and present sales presentations and line reviews in a professional manner- clearly articulate product features and benefits and influence using insights and facts
· Use POS, market insights and available financial internal data to maximize sales, market share and profitability.
· Work collaboratively across multiple functions including but not limited to Product Management, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Finance
· Become THE expert on assigned accounts, processes and portals. Understand the retailer’s needs, strategies, and objectives
· Accountable for driving customer revenue and profitability
· Provide direction to manufacturer’s representatives (where applicable) and identify KPIs to evaluate ROI
· Work closely with Demand Planning/Finance to ensure alignment on forecasts and inventory procurement
· Monitor weekly POS data to identify key trends and develop action plans based on sales trends
· Manage customer program expenses to maximize ROI and account profitability
· Channel manage SKU assortment across a number of Bricks & Mortar and Omni Channel customers
· Monitor monthly shipments in accordance with budget and customer needs
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
· A bachelor’s degree required
· 5 years+ sales experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods sales. Big box retail selling experience required.
· A Proven track record of building strong customer relationships resulting in growing business and market share.
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· A self-starter with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
· Strong analytical skills and business acumen
· Ability to prioritize and drive action
· An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work in an agile and lean organization without day-to-day supervision
· Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
· Ability to think critically, while problem-solving in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
· Must have the ability to develop and maintain solid working relationships across organization and with customers Excellent computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
· Ability to travel as needed, overnight less than 25%
Commission-based earnings available in addition to base pay + Bonus opportunity
Pay: $160,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
